Box Delivery

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy for GOODS

Customers are responsible for checking products upon delivery for any defects. Exchanges and refunds will only be entertained upon, or before, delivery. However, a $20 return/refund processing fee will be applied if the customer already paid for the goods. NO refunds/exchanges will be made after the delivery driver has left the customers’ location/premises.

 

Shipping Policy

Customers can choose to pick up goods at the business’ location or have it delivered straight to their doors. While Pick-up is free, delivery will incur an additional transportation fee of TT$40 to anywhere in Trinidad. Please provide a working mobile number through which we may contact you for further directions in getting to your location.

Cancellation Policy

Any order for goods or services can be cancelled at any time before payment is made.

Services that have already been paid for, but not yet rendered, can obtain a refund but, a $20 processing fee will be applied.

FOR GOODS ONLY - If payment has already been made, customers can obtain a refund but, a $20 processing fee will be applied. Please refer to Refund Policy above.

All orders for goods that remain unpaid after 7 days will automatically be cancelled.

Warranty Policy

·         Farm produce are guaranteed fresh. However, because of the perishability of the goods, freshness can only be guaranteed up till the point of delivery. After delivery, the customer is responsible for maintaining farm produce freshness. GBCTS will NOT be held responsible for any defective farm produce after any successful customer delivery.

·         All other non-perishable products are guaranteed from manufacturers defects as per manufacturers’ warranty. Defective goods received by GBCTS from manufacturers will automatically be returned to suppliers, free of charge, by GBCTS, and customers will be informed of the return.

·         Items previously delivered to customers and are then found to be defective, but within the manufacturers’ warranty period, will be returned to the manufacturer by GBCTS. However, customers MUST pay a service fee of TT$150.

·         Defective items not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, or within the manufacturer’s warranty period, will NOT be returned/replaced by GBCTS.
