Shipping Policy
We try to make our customer's shopping experience as easy and hassle-free as possible! Customers can choose from a wide range of shipping and pick up options.
1. Cash on delivery Pick up - Free pick up at Sangre Grande Police Station.
2. Cash on delivery with TheDeliveryLadyTT and/or Odeliver courier services - $45 delivery fee throughout Trinidad.
3. TTPOST delivery throughout Trinidad AND Tobago - TT$25 delivery fee - upfront payment required (Bank Transfer)

Return & Exchange Policy
Our Customers are special to us, that is why every attempt has been made to ensure that every single jewelry piece is of the highest quality craftsmanship.
Exchanges and refunds will be entertained should products prove to be defective, or ill-fitting.
Customers, however, will be responsible for returning the piece, including paying for their own return shipping.
GBCTS Jewelry will not be held liable or responsible for any returning product that is delayed or otherwise lost in transit.
